From the inside, it has been about something quieter: clarity. Clarity of thought.
Of intent. Of character. He speaks less about disruption and more about responsibility. Through MAGNA, his focus has not been on creating louder founders, but steadier ones, leaders who understand that intelligence without emotional grounding is fragile, that strategy without ethics is empty, and that success without alignment does not last.
He is not teaching people how to win. He is teaching them how to see trade-offs clearly, themselves honestly, and consequences early.
